As your birth doula, my job is to SUPPORT and EMPOWER you through your pregnancy and labor. I am here to help you achieve the birth you have always envisioned! 

Birth Package ($1,500)

• 2 prenatal sessions to discuss birth plan, concerns/questions, comfort measures
• 24/7 text and/or call support
• Educational and evidence-based pregnancy resources
• In-person labor support until 2 hours post-birth 
• 1 postpartum checkups to discuss birth, address concerns/questions, provide resources

Postpartum support is crucial in easing the transition into parenthood. This support can come from your partner, a doula, family, or all of the above! 

Postpartum Package ($40/hour daytime; $50/hour overnight)

• Educational and evidence-based postpartum and infant-care resources
• Light housekeeping
• Infant and/or sibling care
• Breastfeeding/pumping support
• Cooking/meal prep support
• Emotional support/birth debriefing
• Daytime and overnight care available
  • Minimum 4 hours per visit. 
  • Minimum 3 visits.

Full-service package with discounted postpartum rate for maximum care and support! 

Birth & Postpartum Package  (Birth: $1,500,

Postpartum: $35/hour daytime; $40/hour overnight)

• All services from the separate support packages are included in the Birth & Postpartum package
